This page explains how information is used when you visit elarix.digital or contact Bakir about web design, development, automation, and related services.
01 / Information you share
If you contact Bakir on Discord (username bajraxx), your message may include your name, contact details, project requirements, and any files or information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond, prepare quotes, deliver agreed work, and maintain a record of the project or request.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. Access needed for a project will be arranged separately.
02 / Fonts and website hosting
Space Grotesk is hosted directly on elarix.digital. Loading this font does not send a request to Google. System fonts are used if the fonts cannot load promptly.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, and browser information to deliver and secure the website.
The optional visitor counter uses Supabase to store hashed network identifiers, activity times and temporary abuse limits. Inactive records are eligible for cleanup after ten minutes; database backups may retain records separately. The website sends no raw visitor IP address to this database.
03 / Optional active visitor count
The Visitors indicator estimates how many consenting, verified networks were active in the last two minutes. Multiple tabs and browsers on the same public IPv4 address, or the same IPv6 /64 network, count once. People sharing a network may be grouped together. It does not track lifetime visits. The counter is off until you accept functional cookies.
After permission, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the browser before it enters the count. Turnstile receives technical request information, including the IP address and browser signals, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. A signed, optional functional cookie named __Host-elarix_presence lasts up to six hours and avoids repeated counter verification. It is Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, accessible only to the server, and tied to a keyed hash of the network address.
The counter database stores this keyed hash, recent activity timestamps, and temporary rate-limit state. It does not store raw IP addresses. Inactive records are removed on subsequent accepted requests; records blocked for excessive traffic are retained until their ten-minute block expires. Withdrawing permission stops future counter requests and asks the server to expire the cookie and clear active presence when the session is valid. Withdrawal does not reset abuse limits. If that request fails, an existing cookie expires naturally within six hours and activity falls out of the count within two minutes. Hosting logs and database backups may have separate retention periods.
A remembered language choice is stored locally in your browser. It does not identify or track you.
05 / Project information and sharing
Project information is used to communicate, provide services, and resolve support requests. Where agreed work involves hosting, domain registration, or another external service, the information needed for that service may be shared with its provider. Any such setup is discussed as part of the project.
Contact information is not sold. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable obligations or to investigate reported abuse.
06 / Retention and requests
Project correspondence and records are kept while needed to deliver work, provide agreed support, and meet administrative obligations. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Bakir on Discord: bajraxx. Some records may need to be retained where an applicable obligation requires it.
07 / Contact
For privacy questions, contact Bakir on Discord: bajraxx. Email contact is coming soon. See the Terms of Service for information about project work.
